Tanya A. Mikheeva is InnovaTek's Operations Research Analyst and has responsibilities for data analysis, purchasing/receiving, inventory, and accounting.

Tanya was born in Novosibirsk, Russia, where she graduated from Novosibirsk University with a Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics. After that she received a certificate in Accounting and Financial Analysis and worked in a small business as the CFO, performing all financial and accounting functions.

When she is not at work, she enjoys physical activities such as swimming, tennis and basketball. She also likes to spend time outdoors with her family camping during the summer and skiing in the wintertime.
