Ying is InnovaTek's newest employee, joining us in December 2003 from Franklin Fuels Cells in Wayne, PA. Prior to that she was a Development Engineer for Velocys-Battelle Memorial Institute in Ohio. She brings to InnovaTek important experience and knowledge in microchannel reactor design, catalyst development, and fuel cell manufacture and operation. Specifically, it is Ying's background in reactor and reaction modeling that will be of greatest benefit to InnovaTek in the coming months as the company advances it s microreactor designs into the testing and integration phases. Ying will also lead the development effort on InnovaTek's proprietary metal alloy membrane technology for hydrogen separation.

Ying Peng received her Ph.D. from the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Houston in 2001. She completed her Masters Degree from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tianjin University, Tianjin, P.R. China in 1997. She obtained her B.S degree in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, P.R. China in 1994.

When Ying has some time away from work, she likes to hit the slopes for some skiing. She also enjoys traveling and playing tennis.
